This Privacy Policy explains how KDK420 (“we”, “us”), the operator of Blink2do (blink2do.ai), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). By using Blink2do, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile image as provided by Google. We never see or store your Google password.
Content you provide. This includes topics or prompts you enter, files you upload for reference (PDF, DOCX, or plain text), and any edits you make to generated documents or presentations. Uploaded reference files are read to extract their text and are not retained after processing — only the finished documents and presentations you generate are stored, so you can access, edit, and re-download them later.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or other card details — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what is needed to grant credits to your account (e.g. the amount paid and a transaction reference).
Usage information. We keep a record of your credit balance, credit transactions, and generation history (what you created and when) so the Service can function and so you can review your own past work.
Cookies and session data. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the website is used — and only then: nothing is sent to Google before you accept. Pages whose address carries private information (sign-in links, the admin area and shared-document links) are never measured, and web addresses are recorded without their private parameters. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
- To generate the documents, presentations, and other content you request.
- To process payments and maintain an accurate credit balance.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues.
- To communicate with you about your account, such as verifying your email address.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Blink2do, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:
- OpenAI — processes your prompts and reference material to generate text and images.
- Winston AI — performs originality/plagiarism checks when you request one.
- Stripe — processes payments for credit packs.
- Supabase — hosts our database and file storage.
- Google Analytics — measures how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active, so you can return to and re-download your work. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will action your request.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored with Supabase using industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls, and your generated document files are additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256 before they reach storage. Your document content is private to you: platform administrators cannot open, download, or read your documents — they see only account metadata and audit logs (what was generated, when, and what it cost). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
6. Children's privacy
Blink2do is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
