These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Blink2do (blink2do.ai), operated by KDK420 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Blink2do is an AI-powered tool that generates documents, presentations, and other content based on the topics, instructions, and reference material you provide. Output is generated by artificial intelligence and, like any AI system, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or require your own review and editing before use.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Credits and payment
- Blink2do runs on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you generate or process content; pricing for each pack and action is shown in the app at the time of purchase or generation.
- Credits do not expire and are not subscriptions — there is no recurring charge.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you would like a refund, contact us through the Contact Us page and tell us the reason — every request is reviewed individually and the decision is at our discretion, or as the law requires. An approved refund returns to the original payment method and the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account. Credits that have already been spent are not refundable.
- New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits, subject to change at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blink2do to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own original work where doing so would violate an institution's academic integrity policy, a professional code of conduct, or applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use the content Blink2do generates.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the topics, files, and instructions you submit, and of the finished documents and presentations Blink2do generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant parts of it to our AI and originality-check providers).
6. Originality and plagiarism checks
Optional originality/plagiarism checks are provided as a convenience and reflect the result of an automated comparison at a point in time. They are not a guarantee that content is free of similarity to other sources, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy or acceptance by any third party (such as an educational institution).
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Blink2do available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink2do and KDK420 are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
